This is my second review about Soaring Car Wash. they never disappoint me. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, and my car came out looking spotless. The facility was clean, well maintained, and easy to use, with excellent attention to detail. I appreciated the quick service and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Soaring Car Wash to anyone looking for a convenient and high-quality car wash in Elmwood Park.

I have been a loyal customer of Soaring Car Wash since 2022. Earlier this week, I accidentally vacuumed one of my AirPods while using the vacuum stations. As soon as it happened, I immediately informed a staff member. She took my name and phone number, wrote them down on a piece of paper, and told me that someone would contact me if the AirPod was found. Today, Saturday, July 25, at around 3:30 p.m., I returned to the car wash to ask if there had been any updates. Unfortunately, the manager on duty, whose name I do not know, handled the situation very poorly. Instead of checking for the note, asking another employee, or making any effort to look into the matter, he simply told me that he knew nothing about it and that there was no note. I understand that losing my AirPod was my own mistake, and I completely accept that it may never be found. My complaint is not about the missing AirPod. It is about the lack of customer service. As a customer who has been coming to Soaring Car Wash for several years, I expected the manager to show some willingness to help, even if the outcome was the same. Instead, he was dismissive, rude, and made no effort to assist me. I hope this feedback is

I had such a great experience here! Erica greeted me with such a warm and friendly attitude from the moment I arrived. She was welcoming, attentive, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing great customer service. The car wash itself was amazing. The attention to detail was spectacular, and my car looked spotless inside and out when they were finished. They took their time to make sure everything was cleaned thoroughly, and the results exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for excellent service and a team that takes pride in their work, I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Erica, for making my visit such a positive experience I'll definitely be coming back!

Always use this car wash whether it's spring or winter. Always use their full interior service as well and has never been disappointing. Definitely would recommend even for people not in the area. Referred my cousin here too at one time and was very satisfied

Very okay! Would’ve given a higher rating if I wasn’t left with spots on my car after paying for the extra detailing package AND pointing out to the workers my car still was a little dirty. The worker literally walked away after I pointed out some more spots on my car lol. $50 total plus a $20 tip definitely wasn’t worth my money!
